Summary
La inflación del mes de abril del año 2015, medida por la variación del Índice de
Precios del Productor (IPP), fue del 0,3%, superior a la tasa del -0,6% registrada en
abril del año pasado. Así, la inflación acumulada asciende al -0,5%, por debajo del -
0,4% observado en abril del 2014. Con estos datos, la inflación interanual del año
2015 asciende al 0%, superior al -0,8% correspondiente al mes de marzo del
corriente, y muy por debajo del 5,2% observado en abril del año 2014.
En el nivel de los PRODUCTOS NACIONALES la inflación durante el mes de abril
del corriente fue del -0,8%, similar al observado en el mismo mes del año anterior.
Por su parte, la inflación acumulada se ubicó en -1,6%, por debajo del -0,7%
verificado en abril del año pasado. Así, la inflación interanual para los bienes
nacionales cerró con una tasa del -2,3%, superior al -2,4% de marzo del 2015, y
muy por debajo a la tasa del 5,8% verificada en abril del año 2014.
Abstract
Inflation for April 2015, measured by the change in the Producer Price Index (PPI), was 0.3%, higher than the -0.6% rate recorded in April of last year. Thus, cumulative inflation reached -0.5%, below the -0.4% observed in April of 2014. With these data, year-on-year inflation for 2015 reached 0%, higher than the -0.8% observed in March of this year, and well below the 5.2% observed in April of 2014.
For domestic products, inflation during April of this year was -0.8%, similar to that observed in the same month of the previous year.
Meanwhile, cumulative inflation was -1.6%, below the -0.7% observed in April of last year. Thus, year-on-year inflation for domestic goods closed at a rate of -2.3%, higher than the -2.4% recorded in March 2015, and well below the 5.8% rate recorded in April 2014.
