Summary
La inflación del mes de diciembre del año 2020, medida por la variación del
Índice de Precios del Productor (IPP), fue de 0,2%, superior a la tasa del -
0,2% registrada en el mismo mes del año 2019. Con estos datos, la inflación
acumulada del año 2020 se ubicó en 4,9%, por encima al 4,7% observado en
el mes de noviembre de 2020, y mayor a la tasa del 1,1% verificada al cierre
del año 2019.
En el nivel de los PRODUCTOS NACIONALES la inflación durante
el mes de diciembre del año 2020 fue del 0,5%; superior a la variación del
0,1% observada en el mismo mes del año 2019. De esta manera, la inflación
acumulada del año para los productos nacionales se ubicó en 5,2%, resultado
superior al 4,7% registrado en el mes de noviembre del 2020, y por encima
del -0,9% verificado en el año 2019.
Abstract
Inflation for December 2020, measured by the variation in the Producer Price Index (PPI), was 0.2%, higher than the -0.2% rate recorded in the same month in 2019. With this data, cumulative inflation for 2020 stood at 4.9%, higher than the 4.7% observed in November 2020 and higher than the 1.1% rate recorded at the end of 2019. Regarding DOMESTIC PRODUCTS, inflation during December 2020 was 0.5%; This is higher than the 0.1% variation observed in the same month in 2019. Thus, year-on-year inflation for domestic products stood at 5.2%, higher than the 4.7% recorded in November 2020, and above the -0.9% recorded in 2019.
