Summary
La inflación del mes de enero del año 2015, medida por la variación del Índice de
Precios del Productor (IPP), fue del -0,3%, tasa inferior al 0,5% registrada en el
mismo periodo del año pasado. Con estos datos, la inflación interanual en enero de
2015 asciende al -0,6%, por debajo del 0,1% observado en diciembre del año 2014, y
muy inferior a la tasa del 4,3% registrada en enero de 2014.
En el nivel de los PRODUCTOS NACIONALES, la inflación de enero de 2015 fue
del -0,8%, inferior al -0,2% correspondiente al mismo mes del año anterior. Así, la
inflación interanual para los bienes nacionales cerró en -2%, menor a la tasa del
-1,5% verificada en diciembre de 2014, y muy inferior al 4,6% observado en enero de
2014.
Abstract
Inflation for January 2015, as measured by the change in the Producer Price Index (PPI), was -0.3%, lower than the 0.5% recorded in the same period last year. With these data, year-on-year inflation in January 2015 reached -0.6%, below the 0.1% recorded in December 2014, and much lower than the 4.3% rate recorded in January 2014. For domestic products, inflation in January 2015 was -0.8%, lower than the -0.2% recorded in the same month last year. Thus, year-on-year inflation for domestic goods closed at -2%, lower than the -1.5% rate recorded in December 2014, and much lower than the 4.6% rate recorded in January 2014.
