Summary
La inflación del mes de septiembre del año 2019, medida por la variación del Índice de Precios del Productor (IPP), fue de 0,8%, superior a la tasa del 0,2% registrada en el mismo mes del año 2018. De la misma manera, la inflación acumulada a septiembre de 2019 fue de 0%, inferior al 1,5% observado el año pasado. Así, la inflación interanual del mes se ubicó en 0,8%, por encima de la tasa del 0,2% observada en el mes anterior, pero menor a la tasa del 2,3% verificada en el mes de septiembre del año 2018.
En el nivel de los PRODUCTOS NACIONALES la inflación durante el mes de septiembre del año 2019 fue del 0,8%, superior a la variación del 0% observada en el mismo mes del año 2018. Por su parte, la inflación acumulada a septiembre del 2019 fue del -2,1%, por debajo de la tasa del - 0,2% registrada en el año anterior. De esta manera, la inflación interanual del mes de septiembre se ubicó en una tasa del -1,1%, resultado superior al - 1,8% registrado en el mes de agosto del corriente, pero por debajo del 1,2% verificado en septiembre de 2018.
Abstract
Inflation for September 2019, as measured by the Producer Price Index (PPI), was 0.8%, higher than the 0.2% rate recorded for the same month in 2018. Similarly, cumulative inflation through September 2019 was 0%, lower than the 1.5% recorded last year. Thus, year-on-year inflation for the month was 0.8%, above the 0.2% rate observed in the previous month, but lower than the 2.3% rate observed in September 2018.
For domestic products, inflation during September 2019 was 0.8%, higher than the 0% variation observed in the same month in 2018. Cumulative inflation through September 2019 was -2.1%, below the -0.2% rate recorded in the previous year. Thus, year-on-year inflation for September was -1.1%, higher than the -1.8% recorded in August of this year, but lower than the 1.2% recorded in September 2018.
