Summary
La inflación del mes de setiembre del año 2016, medida por la variación del Índice de Precios del Productor (IPP), fue del 0,3%, inferior a la tasa del 0,9% registrada en setiembre del año pasado. Así, la inflación acumulada asciende al 1,7%, por debajo del 2,8% observado en setiembre del 2015. Con estos datos, la inflación interanual del año 2016 asciende al 3,9%, menor al 4,5% correspondiente al mes de agosto del corriente, y también inferior al 4,2% observado en setiembre del año 2015.
En el nivel de los PRODUCTOS NACIONALES la inflación durante el mes de setiembre del corriente fue del 0,9%, mayor al 0% observado en el mismo mes del año anterior. Por su parte, la inflación acumulada se ubicó en 5,5%, por encima del -1,5% verificado en setiembre del año pasado. Así, la inflación interanual para los bienes nacionales cerró con una tasa del 6,7%, superior al 5,7% de agosto del corriente, y también muy por encima de la tasa del -1% verificada en setiembre del año 2015.
Abstract
Inflation for September 2016, measured by the change in the Producer Price Index (PPI), was 0.3%, lower than the 0.9% rate recorded in September of last year. Thus, cumulative inflation reached 1.7%, below the 2.8% observed in September 2015. With these data, year-on-year inflation for 2016 reached 3.9%, lower than the 4.5% observed in August of this year and also lower than the 4.2% observed in September 2015.
For domestic products, inflation during September of this year was 0.9%, higher than the 0% observed in the same month of the previous year. Cumulative inflation, meanwhile, stood at 5.5%, above the -1.5% observed in September of last year. Thus, year-on-year inflation for domestic goods closed at 6.7%, higher than the 5.7% recorded in August of this year and also well above the -1% rate recorded in September 2015.
