Summary
La inflación del mes de setiembre del año 2014, medida por la variación del Índice de Precios del Productor (IPP), fue del 0,5%, similar a la registrada en setiembre del año pasado. Así, la inflación acumulada asciende al -1,3%, por debajo del 0,8% observado en setiembre del 2013. Con estos datos, la inflación interanual del año 2014 asciende al 0,8%, igual al mes de agosto del corriente, y por debajo del 1,1% observado en setiembre del año 2013.
En el nivel de los PRODUCTOS NACIONALES la inflación durante el mes de setiembre del corriente fue del 0,2%, menor al 0,9% observado en el mismo mes del año anterior. Por su parte, la inflación acumulada se ubicó en -1,9%, por debajo del 0,6% verificado en setiembre del año pasado. Así, la inflación interanual para los bienes nacionales cerró con una tasa del 1,7%, inferior al 2,4% de agosto del 2014, y mayor a la tasa del 1,3% verificada en setiembre del año 2013.
Abstract
Inflation for September 2014, measured by the change in the Producer Price Index (PPI), was 0.5%, similar to that recorded in September of last year. Thus, cumulative inflation reached -1.3%, below the 0.8% observed in September 2013. With these data, year-on-year inflation for 2014 reached 0.8%, the same as in August of this year, and below the 1.1% observed in September 2013.
For DOMESTIC PRODUCTS, inflation during September of this year was 0.2%, lower than the 0.9% observed in the same month of the previous year. Cumulative inflation, meanwhile, stood at -1.9%, below the 0.6% observed in September of last year. Thus, year-on-year inflation for domestic goods closed at 1.7%, lower than the 2.4% recorded in August 2014 and higher than the 1.3% recorded in September 2013.
