Summary
La inflación del mes de octubre del año 2015, medida por la variación del Índice de Precios del Productor (IPP), fue del 0,8%, inferior a la tasa del 1,3% registrada en octubre del año pasado. Así, la inflación acumulada asciende al 3,6%, por encima del 0% observado en octubre del 2014. Con estos datos, la inflación interanual del año 2015 asciende al 3,7%, inferior al 4,2% correspondiente al mes de setiembre del corriente, pero por encima del 1% observado en octubre del año 2014.
En el nivel de los PRODUCTOS NACIONALES la inflación durante el mes de octubre del corriente fue del 0,6%, inferior al 0,7% observado en el mismo mes del año anterior. Por su parte, la inflación acumulada se ubicó en -0,9%, por encima del -1,3% verificado en octubre del año pasado. Así, la inflación interanual para los bienes nacionales cerró con una tasa del -1,1%, inferior al -1% de setiembre del 2015, y por debajo a la tasa del 0,7% verificada en octubre del año 2014.
Abstract
Inflation for October 2015, measured by the change in the Producer Price Index (PPI), was 0.8%, lower than the 1.3% rate recorded in October of last year. Thus, cumulative inflation reached 3.6%, above the 0% observed in October 2014. With these data, year-on-year inflation for 2015 reached 3.7%, lower than the 4.2% corresponding to September of this year, but above the 1% observed in October 2014.
For DOMESTIC PRODUCTS, inflation during the month of October of this year was 0.6%, lower than the 0.7% observed in the same month of the previous year. Cumulative inflation, meanwhile, stood at -0.9%, above the -1.3% observed in October of last year. Thus, year-on-year inflation for domestic goods closed at a rate of -1.1%, lower than the -1% recorded in September 2015 and below the 0.7% rate recorded in October 2014.
