Summary
La inflación del mes de octubre del año 2014, medida por la variación del Índice de Precios del Productor (IPP), fue del 1,3%, superior a la tasa del 1% registrada en octubre del año pasado. Así, la inflación acumulada asciende al 0%, por debajo del 1,8% observado en octubre del 2013. Con estos datos, la inflación interanual del año 2014 asciende al 1%, mayor al 0,8% correspondiente al mes de setiembre del corriente, y por debajo del 2% observado en octubre del año 2013.
En el nivel de los PRODUCTOS NACIONALES la inflación durante el mes de octubre del corriente fue del 0,7%, menor al 1,7% observado en el mismo mes del año anterior. Por su parte, la inflación acumulada se ubicó en -1,3%, por debajo del 2,3% verificado en octubre del año pasado. Así, la inflación interanual para los bienes nacionales cerró con una tasa del 0,7%, inferior al 1,7% de setiembre del 2014, y también por debajo a la tasa del 3,3% verificada en octubre del año 2013.
Abstract
Inflation for October 2014, measured by the change in the Producer Price Index (PPI), was 1.3%, higher than the 1% rate recorded in October of last year. Thus, cumulative inflation reached 0%, below the 1.8% observed in October 2013. With these data, year-on-year inflation for 2014 reached 1%, higher than the 0.8% corresponding to September of this year, and below the 2% observed in October 2013.
In terms of DOMESTIC PRODUCTS, inflation during the month of October of this year was 0.7%, lower than the 1.7% observed in the same month of the previous year. Cumulative inflation, meanwhile, stood at -1.3%, below the 2.3% observed in October of last year. Thus, year-on-year inflation for domestic goods closed at 0.7%, lower than the 1.7% recorded in September 2014 and also below the 3.3% recorded in October 2013.
