Summary
La inflación del mes de julio del año 2017, medida por la variación del Índice de
Precios del Productor (IPP), fue del 0,1%, inferior a la tasa del 0,4% registrada en
julio del año pasado. Así, la inflación acumulada asciende al -0,3%, por debajo del
0,9% observada en julio del 2016. Con estos datos, la inflación interanual del año
2017 asciende al 3%, menor al 3,2% correspondiente al mes de junio del corriente, y
también inferior al 4,9% observado en julio del año 2016.
En el nivel de los PRODUCTOS NACIONALES la inflación durante el mes de
julio del corriente fue del 0,3%, menor al 0,7% observado en el mismo mes del año
anterior. Por su parte, la inflación acumulada se ubicó en 1%, por debajo del 3,5%
verificado en julio del año pasado. Así, la inflación interanual para los bienes
nacionales cerró con una tasa del 5,7%, inferior al 6,2% de junio del corriente, y por
encima de la tasa del 4,9% verificada en julio del año 2016.
Abstract
Inflation for July 2017, measured by the change in the Producer Price Index (PPI), was 0.1%, lower than the 0.4% rate recorded in July of last year. Thus, cumulative inflation reached -0.3%, below the 0.9% observed in July of 2016. With these data, year-on-year inflation for 2017 reached 3%, lower than the 3.2% observed in June of this year, and also lower than the 4.9% observed in July of 2016. Regarding DOMESTIC PRODUCTS, inflation during July of this year was 0.3%, lower than the 0.7% observed in the same month of the previous year. Cumulative inflation, meanwhile, stood at 1%, below the 3.5% observed in July of last year. Thus, year-on-year inflation for domestic goods closed at 5.7%, lower than the 6.2% recorded in June of this year and above the 4.9% rate recorded in July 2016.
