Summary
La inflación total durante el año 2010 se ubicaría cerca del límite superior del rango meta, resultado que sería superior al 1,9% observado en el año 2009, y con el cual se completaría 4 años de relativa estabilidad de precios en la economía paraguaya. Por otro lado, se señala que la inflación subyacente (indicador que excluye los rubros volátiles de la canasta) cerraría en el año 2010 en torno al 7,5%, resultado mayor a la tasa del 0,7% correspondiente al año 2009.
Abstract
Total inflation for 2010 is expected to be close to the upper limit of the target range, a result higher than the 1.9% observed in 2009, and which would complete four years of relative price stability in the Paraguayan economy. On the other hand, it is estimated that core inflation (an indicator that excludes volatile items in the basket) is expected to close 2010 at around 7.5%, higher than the 0.7% rate observed in 2009.
