Summary
La inflación del mes de diciembre del año 2017, medida por la variación del Índice
de Precios del Productor (IPP), fue del 0,2%, superior a la tasa del 0% registrada en
el mismo mes del año 2016. Con estos datos, la inflación del año 2017 se ubica en
2%, levemente mayor al 1,9% correspondiente al mes de noviembre del año
anterior, pero inferior al 4,1% observado en el cierre del año 2016.
En el nivel de los PRODUCTOS NACIONALES la inflación durante el mes de
diciembre del año 2017 fue del 0,4%, mayor al -0,1% observado en el mismo mes del
año 2016. Así, la inflación acumulada del año para los bienes nacionales cerró con
una tasa del 4,7%, superior al 4,3% de noviembre del año pasado, pero por debajo
del 8,3% verificada en el año 2016.
Abstract
Inflation for December 2017, measured by the change in the Producer Price Index (PPI), was 0.2%, higher than the 0% rate recorded in the same month in 2016. With this data, inflation for 2017 stood at 2%, slightly higher than the 1.9% rate for November of the previous year, but lower than the 4.1% observed at the close of 2016. For DOMESTIC PRODUCTS, inflation during December 2017 was 0.4%, higher than the -0.1% observed in the same month in 2016. Thus, cumulative inflation for the year for domestic goods closed at 4.7%, higher than the 4.3% rate recorded in November of last year, but lower than the 8.3% rate recorded in 2016.
