dc.descriptionLa inflación del mes de febrero del año 2008, medida por la variación del Índice de Precios al Consumidor (IPC), fue del 1,3%, superior a la tasa del -0,3% observada en el mismo mes del año anterior. Con este resultado, la inflación acumulada en el año asciende al 2,9%, ubicándose por encima del -1,3% registrado en el mismo período durante el año anterior. Por otro lado, la inflación interanual fue del 10,5%, por encima del 8,8% verificado en enero del 2008, y también superior al 8,3% registrado en febrero del año anterior.
dc.description.abstractInflation in February 2008, as measured by the Consumer Price Index (CPI), was 1.3%, higher than the -0.3% rate observed in the same month last year. With this result, cumulative inflation for the year reached 2.9%, above the -1.3% recorded in the same period last year. Meanwhile, year-on-year inflation was 10.5%, higher than the 8.8% recorded in January 2008 and also higher than the 8.3% recorded in February of the previous year.
