dc.descriptionLa inflación del mes de abril del año 2020, medida por la variación del Índice de Precios al Consumidor (IPC), fue del -0,2%, inferior a la tasa del 0,3% observada en el mismo mes del año anterior. Con este resultado, la inflación acumulada en el año asciende al 0,2%, por debajo del 1% verificado en el mismo periodo del año 2019. La inflación interanual, por su parte, fue del 2%, inferior a la tasa del 2,5% registrada en el mes de marzo del corriente año, y también menor a la tasa del 3,1% registrada en el mes de abril del año pasado.
dc.description.abstractInflation in April 2020, as measured by the Consumer Price Index (CPI), was -0.2%, lower than the 0.3% rate observed in the same month last year. With this result, cumulative inflation for the year amounts to 0.2%, below the 1% recorded in the same period in 2019. Year-on-year inflation, meanwhile, was 2%, lower than the 2.5% rate recorded in March of this year and also lower than the 3.1% rate recorded in April of last year.
