dc.descriptionEste documento tiene como objetivo construir un modelo macroeconómico para describir el mecanismo de transmisión de la política monetaria en Paraguay. Para el efecto se estima un modelo macroeconómico pequeño del tipo Neo-Keynesiano, que describe las interrelaciones existentes entre las principales variables de interés para el banco central. El modelo es trimestral, para el periodo comprendido entre marzo del año 1994 a diciembre de 2007, e incorpora ecuaciones de comportamiento para la Brecha del Producto, la Curva de Phillips, el Tipo de Cambio Real y una Regla para las decisiones de Política Monetaria.
