dc.descriptionLa inflación del mes de julio del año 2014, medida por la variación del Índice de Precios del Productor (IPP), fue del -1,1%, inferior al 1% registrada en julio del año pasado. Así, la inflación acumulada asciende al -1,8%, por debajo del -0,6% observado en julio del 2013. Con estos datos, la inflación interanual del año 2014 asciende al 1,6%, inferior al 3,8% del mes de junio del corriente, y por encima del 1,2% observado en julio del año 2013. En el nivel de los PRODUCTOS NACIONALES la inflación fue del -0,7%, menor al 0,6% observado en el mismo mes del año anterior. Por su parte, la inflación acumulada se ubicó en -1,9%, por debajo del -1,7% verificado en julio del año pasado. Así, la inflación interanual para los bienes nacionales cerró con una tasa del 4,2%, inferior al 5,5% de junio del 2014, y mayor a la tasa del 1,6% verificada en julio del año 2013.
dc.description.abstractInflation for July 2014, as measured by the change in the Producer Price Index (PPI), was -1.1%, lower than the 1% recorded in July of last year. Thus, cumulative inflation reached -1.8%, below the -0.6% recorded in July of 2013. With these data, year-on-year inflation for 2014 reached 1.6%, lower than the 3.8% recorded in June of this year and above the 1.2% recorded in July of 2013. For domestic products, inflation was -0.7%, lower than the 0.6% recorded in the same month of the previous year. Cumulative inflation, meanwhile, stood at -1.9%, below the -1.7% recorded in July of last year. Thus, year-on-year inflation for domestic goods closed at a rate of 4.2%, lower than the 5.5% recorded in June 2014 and higher than the 1.6% recorded in July 2013.
