Evolución del Índice de Precios del productor (IPP): diciembre de 2015

Abstract

Inflation for November 2015, measured by the change in the Producer Price Index (PPI), was 0.3%, higher than the 0.2% rate recorded in November of last year. Thus, cumulative inflation reached 3.9%, above the 0.2% observed in November 2014. With these data, year-on-year inflation for 2015 reached 3.8%, higher than the 3.7% corresponding to the month of October of this year, and also above the 0.5% observed in November 2014. Regarding DOMESTIC PRODUCTS, inflation during the month of November was 0.1%, higher than the -0.2% observed in the same month of the previous year. Meanwhile, cumulative inflation stood at -0.8%, above the -1.5% recorded in November of last year. Thus, year-on-year inflation for domestic goods closed at a rate of -0.8%, higher than the -1.1% recorded in October 2015, and also higher than the -1.3% rate recorded in November 2014.
