| dc.description | La inflación del mes de junio del año 2019, medida por la variación del
Índice de Precios del Productor (IPP), fue de -0,6%, inferior a la tasa del
0,1% registrada en el mismo mes del año 2018. De la misma manera, la
inflación acumulada a junio de 2019 fue de -0,2%, inferior al 0,7% observado
el año pasado. Así, la inflación interanual del mes se ubicó en 1,5%, por
debajo de la tasa del 2,1% observada en el mes anterior, y también menor a
la tasa del 3,1% verificada en el mes de junio del año 2018.
En el nivel de los PRODUCTOS NACIONALES la inflación durante el mes
de junio del año 2019 fue del -0,5%, similar a la variación observada en el
mismo mes del año 2018. Por su parte, la inflación acumulada a junio del
2019 fue del -2,3%, por debajo de la tasa del -0,5% registrada en el año
anterior. De esta manera, la inflación interanual del mes de junio se ubicó en
una tasa del -1%, resultado similar al registrado en el mes de abril del
corriente, pero por debajo del 3,4% verificado en junio de 2018. |
| dc.description.abstract | Inflation for June 2019, as measured by the variation in the Producer Price Index (PPI), was -0.6%, lower than the 0.1% rate recorded in the same month in 2018. Similarly, cumulative inflation through June 2019 was -0.2%, lower than the 0.7% observed last year. Thus, year-on-year inflation for the month was 1.5%, below the 2.1% rate observed in the previous month and also lower than the 3.1% rate observed in June 2018. For domestic products, inflation during June 2019 was -0.5%, similar to the variation observed in the same month in 2018. Cumulative inflation through June 2019 was -2.3%, below the -0.5% rate recorded in the previous year. Thus, year-on-year inflation for June was -1%, a similar result to that recorded in April of this year, but lower than the 3.4% recorded in June 2018. |
