Evolución del Índice de Precios al Consumidor (IPC): en noviembre de 2015

dc.descriptionLa inflación del mes de noviembre del año 2015, medida por la variación del Índice de Precios al Consumidor (IPC), fue del 0,4%, menor a la tasa del 0,7% observada en el mismo mes del año anterior. Con este resultado, la inflación acumulada en el año asciende al 2,2%, por debajo del 3,5% verificado en el mismo periodo del año anterior. La inflación interanual, por su parte, fue del 2,9%, resultado menor al 3,2% observado en octubre del corriente año, y también por debajo de la tasa del 3,5% registrada en el mes de noviembre del año pasado. Por otro lado, se señala que la inflación núcleo1 se sitúo en un nivel inferior al de la inflación total mensual (en 0,3%). Así, la inflación interanual medida por este indicador, alcanzó una tasa del 3,4%, mayor al 3,3% correspondiente al mes de octubre del corriente año, y también superior al 3,2% verificada en el mes de noviembre del año 2014.
dc.description.abstractInflation for November 2015, measured by the Consumer Price Index (CPI), was 0.4%, lower than the 0.7% rate observed in the same month last year. With this result, cumulative inflation for the year reached 2.2%, below the 3.5% observed in the same period last year. Year-on-year inflation, meanwhile, was 2.9%, lower than the 3.2% observed in October of this year and also below the 3.5% rate recorded in November of last year. Furthermore, it is noted that core inflation1 was lower than total monthly inflation (at 0.3%). Thus, year-on-year inflation, as measured by this indicator, reached a rate of 3.4%, higher than the 3.3% corresponding to October of this year, and also higher than the 3.2% recorded in November 2014.
